Date: Thursday September 29, 2005
Time: 4:00 – 5:30 PM

How can meditation help us overcome anxiety, anger, fear and jealousy? How can we

Dr. Jing Yin offers his insights on how the ancient wisdom of Buddhism teaches us the art of happiness in our daily lives through personal cultivation, better human relationships and improvement of the social environment. He will answer questions following his presentation.
